You may return most new, unopened standard stocking items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We'll also refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We will not accept any returns after 10 days of delivery
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
Electronic and Special Order items may not be returned for any reason.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply contact us via email. We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship Worldwide Daily! We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier and Fedex as our secondary carrier.
Performancefirstcycles will only ship to your billing address.
We do not ship overnight
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International orders will be split into multiple packages if your order exceeds $2,500.
Canadian orders are best shipped via USPS as you will only have to pay for Customs Fees. If you choose to ship USPS Standard, you must pay all Brokerage Customs Fees.
Some international orders will have an extended shipping time due to customs checks, please check the customs tracking number to confirm the package location. Performancefirctcycles will not be held liable for any import duties the customer may be charged on the receipt of their goods, these duties are the customer's responsibility. Performancefirstcycles will not be held liable for any items left at the destination address without a signature being obtained from the recipient or on the behalf of the recipient. No refund will be given to the customer should the left item without obtaining a signature go missing. USPS terms apply where USPS in certain countries can legally leave an item at the destination address without having to obtain a signature. Performancefirstcycles abide by these USPS terms and conditions specifically in the USA.
Performancefirstcycles ships all merchandise carefully packaged and in good condition. All shipments are insured. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. All packaging materials must be presented to the carrier with a claim. Do Not Return damaged merchandise to without prior approval.
In no respect shall Performancefirstcycle incur any liability for any damages, including, but limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of, resulting from installation or failure of any performance parts that have been installed or any way connected to the use of the item, whether or not based upon warranty or otherwise; whether or not injury was sustained by persons or property or otherwise; and whether or not loss was sustained from, or arose out of, the results of, the item, or any services that may be provided by Performancefirstcycles.
